I was very excited to try the scalp serum, however, when I removed the cap to the bottle, the protective seal was open. I was hesitant to use the product and ended up throwing it away. Unfortunately, I did not trust that this product was not tampered with. I do want to commend the customer service for contacting me to alert me that they needed to substitute another item that I ordered. Very unfortunate that the serum product was not usable.
