We value your time and ours, and we kindly ask that all appointment changes be made in advance. Please review our cancellation terms below: Deposits – All appointment bookings require a deposit. Late Cancellations – Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur an additional 25% late cancellation fee. No-Shows – Failure to show up to your appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and may require full payment before booking future services. Rescheduling – Appointments may be rescheduled without penalty if notice is given more than 24 hours in advance. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us serve all our clients efficiently.
