We value your time and ours, and we kindly ask that all appointment changes be made in advance. Please review our cancellation terms below: Deposits – All appointment bookings require a deposit. If you cancel your appointment before 48 hours, please call us to request your deposit refund. Late Cancellations – Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur an additional 25% late cancellation fee. No-Shows – Failure to show up to your appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and may require full payment before booking future services. Rescheduling – Appointments may be rescheduled without penalty if notice is given more than 24 hours in advance.
