Please Note: If you’ve never had a relaxer treatment with us before, be sure to book a consultation before booking an appointment. This helps us assess your hair type and ensure the treatment is right for you. A relaxer is a chemical treatment designed to permanently straighten and smooth natural curls or waves. This service helps reduce frizz, manage volume, and create a sleek, polished look that requires less daily styling.

We value your time and ours, and we kindly ask that all appointment changes be made in advance. Please review our cancellation terms below: Deposits – All appointment bookings require a deposit. If you cancel your appointment before 48 hours, please call us to request your deposit refund. Late Cancellations – Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur an additional 25% late cancellation fee. No-Shows – Failure to show up to your appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and may require full payment before booking future services. Rescheduling – Appointments may be rescheduled without penalty if notice is given more than 24 hours in advance. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us serve all our clients efficiently.
